Bearing Ball Feather Damascus Hunter

This knife was hand forged from canister Damascus using 52100 bearing balls and powdered 1084 with 5% pure nickel. I feathered the billet (by hand) before drawing it out to make the knife. The pattern is unique and it's the first and only one I've made like this. The handle is Walnut and is secured by a copper rod attached to the tang which extends through and is peened over the copper butt cap. The guard is brass, the spacers are nickel silver and copper. This is a carbon steel blade, so keep the blade dry and periodically apply a light coating of oil to prevent rust. The knife comes with the leather sheath as pictured.

The handle is 4" long, perfect for a small to mid-size hand. If you have large hands you may find this handle to be a little small for you!
